Donna and Michael Cipolla have been making small batches of award winning wines for over 25 years, so it was only natural that they accept when, best friends, Chad and Linda Kearns, owners of Giraccci Vineyards and Farms, made them an offer they just couldn’t refuse. “Let’s Pardner-up” they said, and the Cipollas did.
What’s different about Cowboy Canyon Winery? Here’s what wine makers Chad and Michael had to say, “We decided to contract top growers for just a little of the finest fruit produced. CCW gets the same grapes grown for the super premium wineries and sometimes….the best of the best fruit comes only CCW’s way. We decided not to make a lot of each wine so we could give the grapes all the love and attention they need, as we coax them to return that love with great wine.”
We are Americans that have been involved with fine wines for the past 40 years and lived in France for 15 years. Our philosophy is to offer our customers high quality wines at an affordable price. We have searched out the market for wines that would normally sell for 3 times the price.
WHAT IS A DOCENT?
A person who acts as a guide, typically on a voluntary basis, in a museum, art gallery, or zoo [or brewery, as it turns out]
WHAT DOCENT MEANS TO US
To us, a docent is a leader, a guide, a teacher, and a pupil. We’ve always taken great joy in influencing people on craft beer culture. We love supporting local small businesses, a cornerstone of the craft beer movement. Our brewery is an outlet that allows us to educate and share interesting flavors of beer.
We take great care and pride in crafting high-quality artisan beers that are approachable, balanced, and easily drinkable. Our crew uses the freshest and finest ingredients on the planet (like everyone else); it’s what we do with them that separates us.
All of our beers are brewed with intent on flavor and purpose, with no focus on any particular beer style. We explore variations of grain builds, yeasts, and hops to deliver uniquely crafted beers for fun situations. We want our beers to be as sophisticated as they are inclusive.
We’re huge fans of beer and we’re here to geek out with you—maybe even lead you to your new favorite. Beer itself is an adventure with infinite flavor destinations and we’d like to be your trusted guides.
AUTHENTIC AND PURE

Dulce Vida is nationally recognized for its tequila heritage, earning top awards in numerous competitions. Dulce Vida has earned accolades as the most decorated and recognized craft tequila – lending claim as The Most Awarded Tequila.™ Top honors have been earned from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, New York International Spirits Competition, Los Angeles Spirits Competition, The SIP Awards, and Tequila.net. Aside from taste awards, Dulce Vida has also garnered first place medals from several recognized packaging associations. Viva Dulce Vida!
The concept of sustainability was very strategic in the selection of our tequila production facility. The facility not only had to be capable of making an award winning product, but also had to meet requirements for organic production and overall sustainability measures – being a kind partner to the environment and local community. A complete recapture of all production waste is performed and yields a nutrient-rich soil supplement to the local farming community. Furthermore, as a by-product of waste collection & processing, methane gas is captured, creating an energy source utilized to power the facility.
DISTILLED IN MEXICO
Dulce Vida produces our tequila in the village of San Ignacio Cerro Gordo at Campanario (NOM 1443) utilizing a Maquila approach to our operations, whereby our team is actively engaged in every detail, from harvest through distillation & aging. This vertically integrated approach is very different from an arms-length transaction of importing product, or buying liquid from a distillery.
EB Winery is owned and operated by Ed and Robin Szubielski. The 2016 upcoming harvest will be our thirteenth – the first ten as an amateur winemaker under Eddie’s Backyard and the last three as a bonded professional under the name of EB Winery. One of the leaders in California’s emerging South Coast wine region, Fallbrook Winery’s 36 acres rest between the Pacific Coast and the Pala Mesa Mountains, producing the highest quality red and white varietals
The original Fallbrook Winery opened in 1981 and was used primarily for champagne production through the late 1980s. In the mid 1990s, the winery property was purchased by the current owners and replanting of the vineyards began. The first plantings were Bordeaux varietal clones and included Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Syrah, Grenache and Sauvignon Blanc were planted in 2005.
The winery is located on the northern 33rd parallel. Our first vintage of the Estate wines was released 2006. Our signature Bordeaux style red blend by the winemaker and is in reference to the barrel designation and yeast preference used in the wine’s production.
Sangiovese grapes were planted on the hillside vineyard in the spring of 2005 and an additional three acres of Syrah, one acre of Grenache and 4 acres of Sauvignon Blanc were planted in 2008.

For the last 14 years, our escape from our daily busy life in Orange County has been weekends of wine tasting in beautiful wine regions throughout California. Each and every trip would embrace our desire to own a winery and produce wine. After an epic wine tasting trip to Santa Ynez Valley we decided to stop talking about it and to pursue our dream. The journey began, starting with countless hours of research, wine production courses, self study books, and meetings with professionals in the industry. This background set the foundation for producing premium wines for OC. In 2008, Frisby Cellars was formed and became a licensed and bonded winery with a Tasting Room in Orange County and its wine production facility in Paso Robles.
Our mission is to source the finest grapes from distinguished Paso Robles and Santa Barbara vineyards and produce premium craft wines to be offered at our tasting room and Orange County restaurants and wine shops. We produce, cellar and bottle our wines in Paso Robles and provide wine tastings of our award winning collection at our Lake Forest Urban Winery and Tasting Room. Our OC tasting room is open on weekends and by appointment only Monday through Friday. Frisby Cellars is committed to producing delightful craft wines of complexity and elegance that express the climate and terrior of each vineyard and growing region.
We are a full service winery located in Silverado Canyon. Giracci is open to the public for wine tasting Friday, Saturday & Sunday by walk-in or appointment and Monday-Thursday for groups of 8+ BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We offer a variety of services for your pleasure, including group tastings, cheeses, other delicious snacks, special events and equestrian training and boarding. Why is Tequila Partida so unique? Because it’s a meeting of the old and the new.
Tequila Partida is the product of an outstanding marriage between traditional Tequila making and cutting edge technology. And it’s this extraordinary combination that gives each and every sip of Tequila Partida something special, the pure natural essence of blue agave.
Our blue agave is like no other. It’s cultivated for 7-10 years until the piñas are perfectly ripened with concentrated sugars, harvested by hand and then slowly baked in state-of-the-art stainless steel autoclaves. The reason: To preserve the freshness of each sacred agave.

Quigley Fine Wines, and our ‘Vineyard to Table’ philosophy…
The movement is rooting itself in the dining rooms of Americans around the country. People want to know the story behind what they are consuming – where it comes from, how it was grown and how it impacts their health and the environment. The spotlight, for the moment, is on food quality. But once you start paying attention to what is on your plate, you then can’t help but wonder what is in your glass…
This is why it is our mission to source only high quality wines from small, family owned and operated wineries. We focus on wines made in limited production and which are sustainably produced. The majority of the vineyards we work with practice organic or biodynamic viticulture.
What makes us unique, aside from our wines, is that we do not work with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or anyone else who can stand in the way of the easy flow of wine from vineyard to table. Far too often the stories, tradition and nuances of a wine are lost in transit and forgotten when a wine hits the shelf – a label and a price tag is all that is left… We are the exclusive importers of these wines to the United States and we bring them them directly to your table – complete with the full story of how the wine was made, how the grapes were raised and the family and winemakers behind each bottle.
We offer our wines exclusively to members of our wine club, friends and family, and to a few select fine-dining establishments.
Brendan and Chrissy are passionate oenophiles with a combined 25 years in the wine industry. We are supported by, and surrounded with great friends and family who share in our wine obsession.
We select, import, sell and ship the wine ourselves with the utmost integrity. All of our wines have been swirled, sniffed, sipped, and selected by the discerning palate of Brendan Quigley. He is the man behind the name, the name behind the palate, and the palate behind every bottle of wine we offer.
Our portfolio is continuously growing, and we have plans to branch out into even more wine regions in the upcoming years. For the time being, we offer an array of wonderfully delicious wines that are some of the greatest we have ever tasted. We invite you into our club, and are sure you will be happy with every bottle of wine you receive from us.

At Venture Wine Group, we are an independent wine brokerage representing small to medium boutique wineries mainly from California and around the world. The wines generally produced by small, independent producers. They also share a couple key features – aside from being delicious, they tell a story, especially of the people who produced them and the land from whence they came.
What does this mean to you? Craft wines vary greatly in style because the winemakers aren’t trying to please the masses, but rather producing the most beautiful expression of wine they can. This generally results in a very diverse and interesting array of wines.
I have found some of the best producers in the country and grant them access to my clients.
After all, these are wines that refuse to chase trends. They don’t bat eyes at critics and cater to the fads and fashions of the wine world. These are wines made with love. And most of all, they’re designed for the true drinkers.
